Ingredients:
|
- 1 Cup All-purpose Flour, Sifted
- 3 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour, Sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Margarine, Softened
- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter, Creamy
- 1 Egg, Large
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vallina Extract
- 24 Hershey Kisses, unwrapped

Steps:

- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together into a small bowl and set aside.
- Mix 1/4 cup of granulated sugar (set remaining sugar to side), brown sugar, margarine, and peanut butter together in mixing bowl.
- Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract into margarine and sugar mixture. Blend well.
- Add flour mixture into wet ingredients. Blend well.
- Shape dough into small balls (about 3/4 inches in diameter). Roll in about 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Place onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-9 minutes. Place Hershey kisses in the center and continue to bake for 1-2 minutes longer.
- Remove from oven and place onto cooling rack. Enjoy with tall glass of cold milk.
